During the third quarter of 2009, commissions and fees derived from life insurance products accounted for 19.8% of our total commission and fee revenue. The life insurance products we distribute were primarily underwritten by AVIVA-COFCO Life Insurance Co., Ltd., Minsheng Life Insurance Co., Ltd., Sino Life Insurance Company Limited., AEGONCNOOC Life Insurance Co., Ltd. and Huaxia Life Insurance Co., Ltd. Due to constant product innovation by insurance companies, some of the insurance products we distribute combine features of one or more of the categories listed below.
